30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your pocket winch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it’s in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included. We know you might need to inspect your pocket winch, so light handling is fine—just don’t use it to save your day yet!

How to Return Your Pocket Winch

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@dragansystems.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number won’t be accepted. 
  2. Pack the pocket winch securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Include all parts, manuals, and your RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. 
  3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable carrier. (Sorry, we can’t cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error—see below.) 
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your pocket winch arrives damaged or develops a defect within the first 30 days due to manufacturing issues, we’ve got you covered. Contact us right away, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label to send it back. We’ll either replace it with a new winch or issue a full refund—your choice. (Note: Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care isn’t covered here—check our warranty for longer-term support!)

Exclusions 

  • Used, altered, or damaged products (beyond light inspection) aren’t eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns past the 30-day window won’t be accepted, but our 1-year warranty may apply for repairs or replacements—see our warranty page for details. 
  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective.
