Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dragan. We build our winches in Bend, Oregon, and ship them worldwide to get you out riding as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).
  • Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, it will be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase. Backordered items will ship immediately once they are restocked. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will typically wait to ship your order complete.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout through both UPS and USPS. Available options include:

  • UPS Ground & UPS Ground Saver
  • UPS 3 Day Select & UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Mail

Note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need delivery to a P.O. Box, please select a USPS shipping option at checkout.

International Shipping & Canada (Delivered Duty Paid)

We ship globally using DHL Express Worldwide.

To provide the smoothest international experience possible, all international DHL shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable customs, duties, and import taxes are calculated and collected upfront at checkout. You will not be hit with surprise fees or delays when the package arrives in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active and show movement from the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we pack our winches securely, issues in transit can occasionally happen.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged product, and keep all packaging materials. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dragansystems.com so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at info@dragansystems.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to find a solution.
